For the 2nd year running, we returned to Coombs Valley Campsite for our annual meet-up.
The turnout was great, and as we saw numbers double from our inaugural event in 2020.
Rather miraculously, we were blessed with endless sunshine for the whole weekend as the temperature soared, something which whilst worrying from a climate crisis perspective, was welcome after the continuous rain that we endured in 2020.
We were able to put on two ride options for novice or casual riders and for more seasons riders both of which were really enjoyed taking in some of the Peaks best climbs and vistas.
Coombs once again proved a superb location for our Campout with members even enjoying a cooling swim in the reservoir which is just a short walk from the site.
We will soon be posting details of our plans for 2022, in the meantime here are some members’ pics from this year’s event.
